We are committed to protecting the work of creators, whether they publish content related to luxury Italian furniture trends or other areas of lifestyle and design. Prompt action will be taken when proper infringement notifications are received.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Classic Crazy Bones infringes your copyright, you may send us a formal DMCA Takedown Notice. To be effective, your notice must include all the following elements:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Provide sufficient detail, such as a URL to the original work.
  • Identification of the material on Classic Crazy Bones that you claim is infringing. Include precise URLs or other specific information to help us locate the material.
  • Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Send your complete DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent at the email address listed below. We review all notices and respond as required by law.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Your Counter-Notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Classic Crazy Bones may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Send your Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent. We will forward it to the original claimant. The removed material may be restored after 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
